This information note regards the protection of personal data. The Code regarding the protection of personal data has been adopted in Italy in conformity with Law 127/2001 and passed by the President with legislative decree 196/2003. Currently known as Single privacy text, the Code introduces a few novelties and, in particular, a series of duties that companies must fulfill. More specifically, this regulation requires the adoption of precise organizational and safety measures which must be applied to the treatment of personal data; failure to do so may result in heavy administrative and civil penalties.

Dellas S.p.a. will report the procedures and precautions adopted by the company in order to protect the personal data of all non-Italian subjects.
